Care Campaign for the Vulnerable is learning of the pressures faced by conscientious led Care Providers striving to offer a caring and safe environment to both service users and staff. Safety monitoring is proving to be a invaluable care assist tool - bringing a more open and transparent culture into care homes as well as saving valuable resources within the care home sector and the NHS
My Mum has been in RoseVilla for 4 years. She was initially sent there from hospital while a care package was put in place. Sadly she didn’t manage at home and 24 hours later she was re-admitted to the home. She felt safe and well care for and decided she wanted to stay there.
RoseVilla is truly amazing and in 4 years I have never had to complain about anything. Jane the manager and all her staff truly care about their residents and my mum feels she is part of a “family” as do we as relatives. Nothing is too much trouble and the activities co-ordinator Amy is incredible, she does something with the residents daily and they have a lot of themed events. During the pandemic they have encouraged my mum to join in events and set up a closed Facebook page so we can see the activities. My mum is always smiling and happy and this is lovely to see. I feel like RoseVilla is an extension to my family and words cannot express how highly I rate this nursing home and it’s staff. My mum speaks so highly of the staff and I know she is in the safest of hands.
Recently I have had to fight the local authority who wanted to move my mum to a cheaper nursing home due to funding, this was deemed not to be in my mums best interest and the home supported my fight and provided much reassurance to myself and my mum.
I would highly recommend Rosevilla as it provides exceptional care, with genuinely caring staff who always put residents first.
