Midland Care Home in Northampton
The providers were the biggest issue here. Non transparent and profit over care. Many issues raised regarding our loved one and the unprofessional stance by this provider was beyond belief. The care home is now rated Inadequate by the CQC and in special measures - shame they didn’t listen to the families that raised so many failings and took loved ones out of there. I would have given this provider no stars if we could.
