Care Campaign for the Vulnerable- Evictions in Care Seminar

27th April 2021

Care Campaign for the Vulnerable is the lead commentator on evictions happening in care homes and support more families that come to us for help on this issue, than any other care concern. We will be hosting our first-ever seminar on Friday 24th September 2021 - Evictions in Care... Are They Always Fair?

This will be a forum attended by care industry professionals discussing evictions happening in the care of our elderly. CCFTV supports more families and loved ones facing “unfair” evictions than any other care issue. During the Covid pandemic, we received hundreds of messages reporting shock notice served to elderly vulnerable relatives and families reported only after they raised legitimate care concerns.

CCFTV offers support to families through best interest meetings and we experience first-hand how little information and support is offered during an often distressing and uncertain time. Families tell us there are no laws or outside independent body to protect elderly residents from ''unfair evictions'' when living in care homes.

Care Campaign for the Vulnerable will welcome everyone interested in learning and understanding more about evictions that are happening to our most vulnerable elderly in care homes and will see in attendance, care industry guest speakers, selected family members as well as legal experts. If you are interested in attending our seminar please reserve your place by emailing ccftv.cares@gmail.com
