Care Campaign for the Vulnerable is learning of the pressures faced by conscientious led Care Providers striving to offer a caring and safe environment to both service users and staff. Safety monitoring is proving to be a invaluable care assist tool - bringing a more open and transparent culture into care homes as well as saving valuable resources within the care home sector and the NHS
It was a fantastic start to UK Care Week on Wednesday 6th July 2022.
Care Campaign for the Vulnerable (CCFTV) is proud to be in partnership with UK CARE WEEK and our Director was overwhelmed to see so many attend our Cameras in Care session at the Care Home and Care Development Theatre.
The main focus was our support offered to families of loved ones suffering unwitnessed and unexplained injuries in care homes and the need for providers to bring in greater transparency for both vulnerable elderly and care staff.
Joining CCFTV Director was CEO, Andrew Geach, of Shedfield Lodge, Hampshire, our Ambassador Care Home who spoke passionately about the safety of his residents living with dementia and the need for cameras to identify any untoward event including unwitnessed falls, as well as to aid staff training.
Thank you to everyone who attended UK CARE WEEK in NEC Birmingham and showed support to Care Campaign for the Vulnerable
Your kind donation will help CCFTV support even more families in care.
