CCFTV is delighted to officially announce a strategic partnership between CCFTV and Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd ( MMCG) at our special Thank You To Our Partners Event held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Buckinghamshire on Friday the 8th of December 2023.

Paul Walsh, COO of Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) with Jayne Connery Director and Founder of Care Campaign for the Vulnerable (CCFTV) supporting our Independent Monitoring in Care Homes initiative.

Following MMCG’s proactive engagement to explore our independent safety monitoring in care homes initiative, MMCG has now committed to piloting this innovative system in five of their care homes, with plans for a comprehensive rollout in the future. This collaboration holds significant professional and personal resonance for our Director. A decade ago, her mother resided in an MMCG care home, and unfortunately, the level of care back then fell short of expectations, leading her to decide to bring her home. The current management team has demonstrated unwavering commitment and dedication to enhancing transparency in care homes. Our joint effort to promote independent monitoring aligns with the shared vision of prioritising vulnerable residents and their carers' safety and well-being. MMCG's decision to embrace this initiative alongside Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited sets an exemplary standard for the care industry, and we are optimistic that it will inspire other care providers to follow suit.

We thank the amazing team and CEO Kay Cox at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited for the warm welcome during an MMCG and CCFTV visit a few months ago to see Care Protect Ltd's safety monitoring systems. The support in embracing independent monitoring and backing the Care Campaign for the Vulnerable is commendable.

Signature partnerships and MMCG mark a positive stride toward fostering accountability, transparency, and improved care standards within the social care sector. We look forward to this collaboration's positive impact on elevating the quality of care for vulnerable individuals and setting a precedent for excellence across the care industry.
