Care Campaign for the Vulnerable is learning of the pressures faced by conscientious led Care Providers striving to offer a caring and safe environment to both service users and staff. Safety monitoring is proving to be a invaluable care assist tool - bringing a more open and transparent culture into care homes as well as saving valuable resources within the care home sector and the NHS
Care Campaign for the Vulnerable (CCFTV) is thrilled to announce an inspiring new partnership with Best Life Wishes, a not-for-profit arm set up by Best Life Care Group, dedicated to making dreams come true for people living with dementia. This collaboration aims to provide unique and meaningful experiences that celebrate the lives and stories of those affected by dementia, demonstrating that it’s never too late to fulfill a wish and bring joy to those often overlooked.
The initiative focuses on delivering personalised experiences that honour the individual interests and desires of each person living with dementia. From reconnecting with a cherished hobby, visiting a beloved place, or simply creating a moment of happiness, these experiences are designed to bring comfort, joy, and dignity to individuals and their families.
This partnership is about more than just fulfilling wishes; it’s about recognising the individuality and humanity of every person with dementia. We want to show that moments of happiness and connection are possible, no matter the age or circumstances.”
Best Life Wishes has been making dreams come true for people with dementia, providing experiences that range from intimate, small-scale events to fulfilling lifelong ambitions. Their commitment to celebrating life and creating meaningful memories aligns perfectly with CCFTV’s mission to advocate for dignity, safety, and quality care for vulnerable individuals. CCFTV wholeheartedly support the exceptional work Best Life Wishes is doing to uplift people with dementia. Their dedication to making dreams a reality, combined with our commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable people, makes this a perfect partnership. We look forward to the many smiles and unforgettable memories we’ll help create together.
This collaboration aims to not only fulfill wishes but also raise awareness about the importance of recognising and celebrating the personal desires of people living with dementia. By bringing these wishes to life, CCFTV and Best Life Wishes hope to inspire others to consider the emotional and psychological well-being of people with dementia, emphasising that they are much more than their condition.
Our two organisation's are inviting communities, families, and supporters to get involved by sharing stories, volunteering, or contributing to this heartfelt cause. Every wish granted not only enriches the life of the person living with dementia but also strengthens the bond within their family and community, leaving a legacy of love, compassion, and respect.
“We are excited to collaborate with an organisation that shares our values and our commitment to making a real difference,” said Emma-Louise Doney, Founder of Best Life Wishes. “Together, we will ensure that the voices and wishes of people living with dementia are heard, celebrated, and realised.”
