Care Campaign for the Vulnerable invited into Cambridge Manor Care Home on the 16th January 2018
12th December 2017
Care Campaign for the Vulnerable is delighted to accept an invitation to visit Cambridge Manor Care Home in the New Year. James Chandler, Community Development Manager at Cambridge Manor has been in contact with Jayne Connery and rescheduled the visit for the early part of January. James told us ‘’It's been all hands on deck at Cambridge Manor. We had a CQC inspection on the 27th of November which went fantastically well (we were rated GOOD in all areas which are great but we aim for outstanding in everything we do here). I’ve been busy working with Alzheimer’s Society as a Dementia Champion doing info sessions for community schemes and retailers trying to highlight and educate regarding all things Dementia. As well as being involved with the Campaign to End Loneliness. I also praise your work to anyone I can as I believe wholeheartedly in what you are doing’’
Winncare is delighted to sponsor the Care Campaign For The Vulnerable and fully support their commitment to safeguarding the vulnerable elderly. Our organisations have shared values based on supporting care home residents to live safe and fulfilled lives.
The Eagle lifting cushion, combined with the ISTUMBLE health assessment app, empowers care home workers to make good decisions around lifting residents that fall. Winncare’s work to safeguard residents’ lives aligns with CCFTV’s ambitions to protect the vulnerable elderly looked after in long term care facilities.
CCFTV proud to be sponsored by Borderless - Struggling to hire? Borderless technology platform makes international hiring fast, transparent and affordable.
