 Care Campaign For The Vulnerable

Care Campaign for the Vulnerable is learning of the pressures faced by conscientious led Care Providers striving to offer a caring and safe environment to both service users and staff. Safety monitoring is proving to be a invaluable care assist tool - bringing a more open and transparent culture into care homes as well as saving valuable resources within the care home sector and the NHS

Name your caring hero!

23rd April 2020

Lucy Lawrence, Activities Coordinator is one of the hundreds of carers that have been nominated as our Caring Hero. Wendy Thompson told us ''Lucy has gone the extra mile to ensure my mother who is bed-bound is kept mentally stimulated during the care home lockdown and while family can't visit. She's an absolute angel''. We agree!

Families contact Care Campaign for the Vulnerable telling us amazing stories of care workers going above and beyond and delivering exceptional care. So we would like you to name a care worker you feel is your caring hero. This can be a colleague, friend or family member. Please let's cheer for all our amazing Care Workers. All we need you to do is enter a name and place of work. Our team will randomly choose the lucky winner after verifying and send a gift voucher of their choice!. Get nominating now and show care workers how much we care. Please send your care hero's name and the care home he/she works at and a picture (but with permission) to CCFTV.cares@gmail.com

Lorraine Gardner has nominated the whole team on her nightshift at Avonhaugh Care Home in Lanarkshire as her CCFTV Caring Heroes. She told us ''A brilliant team and I am so lucky to be a staff nurse among these guys!'' We think they are all stars!

Entries close and name will be announced on 15th May 2020 and the winner will receive a well deserved £50 gift voucher of their choice. Good luck!
