This is limited to

• Your facebook or google account's unique ID number
• The full name which is associated with your facebook or google account

We do not have access to your password for either facebook or google. We store your email address, full name and unique ID number in our database to enable you to access the site features just as we would with a standard account. Any other information returned from facebook or google is discarded. You are able to change your full name on our website once you have logged in if you do not wish to be identified by it on our website. We do not publicly display your email address on any page of our website.

If any any time you wish to remove any comments or content that you have submitted to our website, then you are free to do so via your member account area or by clicking the relevant 'Delete' link next to the content itself. You will need to be logged in to the account which submitted the content in order to be able to do this.

We will not use your email address to send any emails which you have not given prior consent for. We will not give or sell your email address or account information to any other organisation or third party. Your email address is used solely for maintaining the security of your account.

Content you submit to our website

Any comments you submit to our news, blog or comments pages on our website will be publicly viewable to other members. Any other information, such as that submitted through our contact forms or via email are not unless you grant us permission to do so. You are free to delete or edit any information you have submitted to our website at any time.
